Appellate Practice

Ikard Wynne offers experience and expertise in all areas of civil appellate practice.  The Honorable William Kilgarlin, who is a former justice on the Texas supreme court and a Harris County District Judge is widely known and respected in Texas for his knowledge and understanding of, and his creativity and eloquence in, written and oral advocacy.  He has authored numerous law review articles, many in the area of Civil Procedure, and has been a frequent lecturer at legal seminars. Also, he taught Civil Procedure at Texas Tech Law School.

During his career, Bill Ikard has argued over 20 appeals before Texas courts of appeals and five at the Texas supreme court.
